Sleep. It's what we all need to give our bodies and minds some rest. However having lack of sleep is dreadful. You feel like you have no energy, you get grey bags beneath your eyes and your mind doesn't work at its best ability. I love to sleep personally, but sometimes I stay up late or my brain's too active for my eyes to shut. Did you know it's good to have around 8 hours sleep every day? I hope you all have a good amount of sleep! but not too much as it can also make you feel drowsy..
